Our Oak Roasted Eel is produced using traditional methods to ensure high quality and authentic tasting results. The eel are sourced locally from the Tamar River and it's tributaries.

They are brined and then hot smoked to produce a light smokey flavour whilst keeping a beautiful creamy texture. Plenty as a main course for one person or as a starter for two.
