Tregida Smoked Salmon is produced using traditional methods to ensure high quality and authentic tasting results. After being dry cured it is smoked slowly for a minimum of 24 hours to give it the renowned Tregida smokey flavour.

Unlike the Traditional Cold Smoked Salmon, Oak Roasted Salmon is brined and then roasted over oak at much higher temperatures. The result is a moist and full of flavour cooked salmon with that authentic Tregida smokiness, ideal for salads.

Our trout (sourced locally) are bought in fresh to order on the day of smoking. After brining they are hot smoked creating a moist product that is ready to eat.

Our Mackerel (sourced locally when fillet size and oil content are suitable, from Scotland otherwise) has our own strong traditional taste. After brining it is hot smoked to create a product with an amazing flavour people describe as 'the way they used to be', not like the generally available mackerel in the shops.

Our chicken is brined and hot smoked to produce a succulent product full of authentic smokey flavour that is ready to eat.

Our duck breast is one of our most popular products - if you love smoked food you will love this product. Hot smoked and ready to eat.

Our smoked ham (from local West Country farms) is hot smoked and then sold sliced and ready to eat. Perfect for cold buffets and sandwiches.

Our cheddar is made by Denhay Farm in Dorset using their award winning recipe. We cold smoke the cheese gently to add our unique flavour - but keeping the wonderful texture.

The salami is made with prime locally sourced leg of pork and freshly ground spices.

Each Coppa is individually rubbed in a mix of salts and spices & slowly cured, it is then pressed into a natural skin & gradually air dried over a long period of time. This ham is ruby red in colour with an attractive marbling of fat throughout.

Why not include a bottle of Champagne with the hamper? Choose between Moët & Chandon Champagne or a bottle of Cornwall's finest sparkling wine. The Camel Valley traditional method quality sparkling wine is a Gold Medal winner and has been featured in 'Wine Magazine', The Times and The Telegraph.

You can specify in the checkout when you want your hamper delivered. Your order will be packed in special temperature controlled packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. The delivery charge for your complete order will be £8.50 (Free for orders of £40 or more).

All products are traditionally smoked and are free from artificial additives and flavourings. All products are ready to eat.
