About Cranfields

Cranfield's are a small family run business on the edge of Exmoor, Devon. Using locally sourced fresh fruit and traditional jelly making methods they have produced a range of exceptional home made savoury jellies to enhance your enjoyment of meats and fish. In their four years of cooking they have received 22 awards including 9 Gold Great Taste Awards for their products.

Gently cooked fruit is dripped through jelly bags over night, combined with sugar, wine vinegar and herbs or spices and boiled to a set. With no added pectin, stabilisers or setting agents the jellies are full of flavour and as naturally made as they would have been a century ago.
